
Secure Shopping
Every time you send your credit card number and your billing and shipping information through our secure online ordering system, our administrator (Yahoo!) is using the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. Your personal information is also encrypted when shipping instructions are transferred to our fulfillment headquarters.
Once all the items you desire are viewable in your shopping cart, click place order. You will be directed to supply shipping and billing information, and will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been placed.
Important: To prevent fraud, we will only ship to locations that match the credit card billing address.
Shipping and Handling
Watches are shipped USPS FIRST CLASS. The shipping and handling costs (below) include insurance and signature confirmation receipt. If product(s) you order are unavailable, you will be contacted by e-mail to report any unexpected delays.
Standard Ground Shipping - U.S. and Canada. All U.S. and Canadian ground orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Most shipments to both U.S. and Canada arrive within 3 to 10 business days. Additional taxes and duties may apply to Canadian orders. Note: Other International orders are not available at this time.
United States: $3.95 per shipment, plus $2.00 per watch.
Canada: $4.95 per shipment, plus $2.00 per watch.
Important: Since a signature confirmation is required, have the "Deliver To" address be your home or office location where someone will be available to accept receipt of your watches.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged automatically to all orders shipped to Arizona.
Orders outside the U.S. may require a tax, duty, or other fees.
Return Policy
If within 30 days of receiving your watch, you are not satisfied, or have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, contact our customer service department by e-mail immediately. We will provide you with an Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, shipment instructions, and our return center address to the e-mail address you provided with your original order.
